Job Description
ACE Medical Center seeks a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and assistive-device training; instructing patients and families in home programs; coordinating interdisciplinary care with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and social workers; and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The therapist will engage in quality-improvement efforts and case reviews, adjust goals according to patient progress, and provide supportive coaching to enhance participation. The ideal candidate stays current with best practices and performs additional duties as assigned.
