Job Description
We seek an experienced, results-oriented Operations Manager to optimize daily operations, refine processes, and lead cross-functional teams. The role oversees logistics, supply chain, budgeting, vendor relationships, and the implementation of standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and support scalable growth.
- Plan resource allocation and manage project execution using ERP systems
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and ensure safety and quality compliance
- Manage vendor partnerships and control operational budgets
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of operations experience, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with ERP tools, and excellent communication abilities.
