Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to onboard new clients, build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and increase customer retention. You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with product and support teams, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Required: excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
