We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to manage insurance claims from intake through settlement. Responsibilities include evaluating and investigating claims, coordinating with clients and adjusters, preparing and processing documentation, negotiating fair settlements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of claims or insurance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with claims management systems, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must be able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and maintain strict confidentiality. An insurance certification or related credential is a plus.
