Job Description

Citistyle Inn seeks a professional Front Desk Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Duties include greeting guests, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; maintaining an organized and professional front desk; assisting with scheduling and staff calendars; performing data entry, filing, and document preparation; coordinating office supplies and inventory; and supporting special projects and events.

This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position open to new graduates. Benefits include promotion to permanent employee status and staff meals. We seek an organized communicator who delivers excellent guest service and contributes positively to team success.
