Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include entering and updating accounting data, preparing and reconciling daily transactions, bank statements and balance sheet accounts, generating invoices and receipts, assisting with month-end and year-end closings and journal entries, maintaining organized physical and digital records, supporting audits, and communicating professionally with departments, vendors, and clients regarding billing and payments. The role also provides general clerical support. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position with a monthly salary of Php14,00–15,00. Benefits include a company Christmas gift, company events, and paid training.
