Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain network infrastructure, and support end users to ensure reliable IT operations.
- Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, install and update systems, document incidents, and coordinate with vendors.
