Job Description
We are seeking a professional Reservations Agent to manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping. Responsibilities include handling phone and email reservations, updating reservation systems, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and experience with reservation and CRM software. Must be able to work flexible shifts, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor. High school diploma and at least one year of experience in hospitality or travel preferred. Strong English proficiency and basic computer skills required.
