Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Coach to design and deliver onboarding, training, and coaching that elevate sales performance. You will create practical playbooks and learning content, lead workshops, and provide real-time coaching and role-play to strengthen reps’ skills. Partner with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, tools, and performance metrics. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and refine programs to drive quota attainment.
- Minimum 3 years in sales or sales enablement
- Proven coaching and facilitation skills; familiarity with enablement platforms and CRM tools
