Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments. Responsibilities include calculating wages, deductions, tax withholdings, benefits administration, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
Required qualifications: proficiency with payroll software, strict confidentiality, strong numerical ability, and excellent communication skills. Prior payroll or accounting experience is preferred.
This role will collaborate closely with HR and Finance to resolve payroll inquiries, support audits, and prepare reporting.
