Job Description

We are seeking an Onsite Customer Support Specialist II to deliver professional in-person technical assistance, resolve escalated issues, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software, performing installations, documenting incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and training junior staff.

  • Minimum two years of customer support experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work onsite and travel as required; IT certification or diploma preferred
