Job Description
Walter Mart Supermarket seeks a full-time Sales Supervisor in Mabalacat to lead sales support staff and merchandisers, oversee customer service, develop product categories, and ensure 100% inventory/category accuracy. The position demands strong people management, results orientation, customer focus, organization, and attention to detail.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or Administration and at least 2 years’ relevant store management/operations experience in retail or food; fast food and customer service experience preferred.
- Compensation & benefits: Php18,00–22,00/month, company Christmas gift, event participation, health insurance, and promotion opportunities.
- Work arrangement: In-person role; reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Mabalacat required.
