Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented S2P Direct Specialist to manage source-to-pay activities for direct materials and coordinate with Japanese suppliers. The role ensures accurate purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice reconciliation while supporting month-end closing and continuous process improvements.
- Create and validate POs; reconcile invoices and receipts.
- Handle supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end reconciliations using ERP systems (SAP/Ariba preferred).
- Collaborate within a cross-cultural team to enhance supplier relationships and processes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in procurement or finance, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and business Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
