Job Description
We are seeking a Material Planning and Control Supervisor to lead materials planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure uninterrupted production. You will develop and maintain MRP schedules, monitor stock levels, analyze demand forecasts, implement cost-saving measures, and supervise a small team of planners while reporting key performance indicators.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years in materials/planning; strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred); analytical ability, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities: manage supplier lead times and safety stock, ensure on-time material availability, and drive continuous improvement in inventory and planning processes.
