Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to manage online customer engagement across Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. Responsibilities include promptly responding to inquiries, hosting professional live-selling sessions, closing sales through upsell and cross-sell, processing orders with photo/video proof, coordinating logistics and tracking deliveries, and managing returns or incident reports with professionalism. You will monitor sales, returns, and customer feedback, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to enhance promotions and live strategies. English proficiency is preferred. Positions: Full-time and Part-time. Work location: In-person.
