Job Description
Location: KM.7 Lanang, Davao City. Full-time, permanent, on-site.
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to supervise pre-sellers, route salesmen, and helpers to execute distribution, trade marketing, and sales campaigns. Key duties include planning routes; monitoring KPIs (volume, route calls, outlets, accounts receivable, empties); validating transactions; conducting route rides and coaching; and ensuring policy compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; 3–5 years FMCG sales experience; proven leadership and route-planning skills; proficiency in MS Office and sales analytics; valid Driver’s License (12/123 or AB/ABC).
- Salary: Php15,00–16,00/month.
