Job Description
ARC PH BPO seeks a detail-oriented Audit Administrative Assistant to support a U.S.-based accounting and audit firm. This full-time, remote role is process-driven and deadline-oriented, requiring strong organizational skills, independence, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and convert audit and tax documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Produce electronic and printed copies and maintain document version control.
- Track tasks in internal systems and coordinate with the Internal Client Service team.
- Adhere strictly to procedures and deadlines to support client deliverables.
