Job Description
Role Description
The Internal Accountant will be responsible for the onboarding, and offboarding, in between, payroll processing, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, during employment, offboarding, company compliances,
- and HMO process.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
- Drafting and approving of semi-monthly payroll.
- Assisting with compliance requirements.
- Petty cash, credit card, and gas reimbursements, and other bank transactions.
- Recording & paying bills from rent, HMO, telephone, and other suppliers.
- Safekeeping of scanned, and physical copies of official receipts/sales invoices,
- BIR/HDMF/SS/PHIC documents, and other files in the physical office.
- Preparation of management reports and reporting directly to the president.
- Other needed tasks needed in the finance department.
