Job Description
We seek a professional Chef Instructor to lead hands-on culinary classes, design curricula, and mentor students in classical and contemporary techniques.
- Deliver practical kitchen instruction and prepare clear lesson plans
- Evaluate student performance and uphold kitchen safety and sanitation
- Manage inventory, coordinate demonstration menus, and organize practical assessments
Qualifications: minimum five years of professional cooking experience; formal culinary training preferred; current food safety certification; excellent communication and leadership skills; patience and commitment to student development.
