Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent, on-site Multi-Site Retail Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations, sales, staffing and audit readiness across multiple Shell Select/Shell Shop locations in Cabantian, Davao City. Responsibilities include leading GEA, TLAG, Food Safety and Must‑Have List audits, driving the Activ system transition, reducing spoilage and enhancing site performance.
- Qualifications: Degree in Business or Retail Management and 2–3 years of multi-site retail/food experience;
- Skills: Strong leadership, advanced Excel and digital ordering abilities; familiarity with CVGO, CSTORE and Activ.
