Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee underwriting and reinsurance strategy, pricing, portfolio profitability, and treaty/facultative placements. The role includes risk assessment, regulatory compliance, mentoring underwriting teams, liaising across departments, and applying data-driven underwriting decisions to enhance performance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of non-life underwriting experience; proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site in San Fernando (Pampanga).
