Job Description
We are seeking a Client Care Analyst to maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries promptly, and ensure consistent service quality. The role involves monitoring client accounts, analyzing feedback and performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams to implement solutions, preparing regular reports, and supporting client onboarding.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- 1–2 years of experience in client service or analytics; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and safeguard confidential information
