Job Description
We are seeking a People Partner Manager to shape people strategy and support organizational growth. In this role you will collaborate with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives. Primary responsibilities include coaching managers, developing workforce plans, resolving employee relations matters, implementing HR programs, and leveraging people analytics to inform decisions.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience; experience in fast-paced or matrix environments preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus
