Job Description
Magellan Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative in Mandaluyong or Quezon City. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, resolve concerns with empathy, and maintain high service standards. Core duties include answering inquiries, providing accurate information, delivering effective solutions, and handling complaints professionally.
Requirements: Senior High School graduate (or equivalent), strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
- Salary: Php25,00/month
