The role includes verifying payoff figures, preparing and filing discharge documentation, coordinating with borrowers, banks, and property registries, updating loan records, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
- Qualification: Diploma or degree in finance or business
- Experience: 1–3 years in banking or loan administration
- Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and loan systems; customer-service orientation
- Preferred: Familiarity with local registration and title processes
