Job Description
We are seeking a Training Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate employee development programs that support organizational objectives. The role involves assessing training needs, developing curricula and materials, facilitating workshops and e-learning, and monitoring learning outcomes and compliance.
- Collaborate with managers to align programs with business goals and report on KPIs.
- Maintain training records and leverage LMS and MS Office tools to track progress.
- Ensure engaging delivery for diverse learner groups.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years’ experience in training or HR, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and proficiency with LMS and MS Office. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and learner-centered.
