Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, supervise pickers and packers, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Key duties include scheduling shifts, training staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, performing cycle counts, and driving process improvements.
- Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics
- Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/ERP)
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to analyze KPIs and resolve operational issues
- Commitment to workplace safety and capacity to work effectively under pressure
