Job Description
SapientBPO Novaliches seeks motivated entry-level Non-Voice Agents for onsite Metro Manila operations. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via non-voice channels, maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies, and collaborating effectively with team members. This full-time, permanent role welcomes fresh graduates; paid training is provided.
- Competitive salary Php17,00–25,00 plus monthly commissions
