Job Description
We seek a Customer Service Expert to deliver professional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications; troubleshoot and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately, maintain accurate records, and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications: minimum 2 years of customer service experience, excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, CRM proficiency, empathy, and availability for shift work.
