Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Suzuki Auto Sales Manager to lead dealership sales efforts, cultivate customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team while implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales plans and promotions
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting
