Job Description
Guagua Rural Bank seeks a professional Teller to serve as the branch’s frontline representative. You will accurately process cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and account openings/closings. Maintain balanced cash drawer, uphold confidentiality, follow security and compliance procedures, promote bank products, and collaborate with branch staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Qualifications: business-related degree or equivalent experience, strong numeracy, attention to detail, clear communication, basic computer skills, integrity, and customer focus.
- Full-time, in-person role; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: Php17,00–19,00/month, health insurance, additional leave, and opportunities for promotion and permanent hire.
