Job Description
Calcmenu Phil., Inc. is seeking two full-time Technical Support Associates to provide phone, email, chat, and remote support to local and international clients. Applicants must have a degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field, excellent English communication, proficiency with Windows/Server, SQL Server, IIS, networking, and ticketing systems, strong problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and availability for shift work.
- Duties: troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with developers and QA, maintain documentation, perform testing and conversions, support onsite implementations, and deliver user training.
- Compensation: Php25,00–30,00/month. Benefits: flexible scheduling, flextime, and potential promotion to permanent status.
- Please state years of experience, expected salary, earliest start date, and willingness to work onsite Monday–Friday.
