Job Description
RC Ramos Construction Corporation seeks a Liaison Staff to manage company documentation with government agencies and external partners. The role ensures timely submission, follow-up, approval, and release of permits, clearances, IDs, registrations, and renewals.
- Deliver and collect official documents; maintain accurate records and file updates.
- Assist with permit and license renewals; perform errands and field assignments.
- Provide regular communication to HR/Admin regarding status and progress.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of government procedures, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to travel for fieldwork. Motorcycle available is optional.
