Job Description
EO Executive seeks a qualified Optician or Optician Trainee to grind and assemble eyeglass lenses according to prescriptions. Duties include reading lens and frame specifications, preparing lens patterns, plotting pupillary distance (PD) layouts, cutting lenses, and applying accessories (nylon for semi‑rimless frames, coatings, tints).
Candidates will repair and adjust frames, perform soldering and plating, maintain laboratory equipment, verify lens grade and axis, and inspect broken lenses to determine original prescriptions. Optician Trainees complete a 16‑day training program. This is a full‑time, permanent, on‑site position open to recent graduates.
