Job Description
We are seeking an FTTH Project Supervisor to establish and maintain project control systems, develop schedules and cost baselines, estimate and monitor costs, manage purchasing and invoices, and produce regular performance, cost, and schedule reports. The role requires tracking progress, resolving schedule bottlenecks, identifying risks, administering change control, and coordinating between project teams, finance, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years of project or technical experience (FTTH/Wireline preferred)
- Advanced Google Sheets and MS Excel skills; strong communication and leadership
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
