Job Description
We are seeking an HR Employee Engagement Specialist to design and implement programs that enhance morale, retention, and organizational culture. You will lead engagement initiatives, organize events, solicit employee feedback, and work closely with HR and management to elevate the employee experience.
- Develop and execute engagement campaigns; coordinate recognition and internal communications.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups; analyze results and recommend improvements.
- Manage projects from planning through evaluation; maintain stakeholder communication.
- Requirements: 2+ years in HR or engagement roles, strong communication and project management skills, proficiency with survey tools and data analysis, proactive and people-oriented.
