Job Description
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team to lead cost estimating, bills of quantities preparation, tender evaluation, contract administration, cost control, and value engineering throughout project lifecycles. The role requires preparing precise estimates, monitoring variations, managing subcontractor payments, and ensuring financial compliance.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and at least three years’ experience in building or infrastructure projects
- Strong numerical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software, and knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project teams and meet deadlines
