Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Solution Sales Lead to drive complex, technology-driven sales by partnering with engineering and product teams to design, present, and close tailored proposals. The role leads pre-sales activities, manages strategic client relationships, translates technical requirements into compelling solutions, and mentors a small sales-engineering team. Required qualifications include 5+ years in enterprise solution sales or technical pre-sales, strong cloud and networking expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven record of meeting quota. Preferred experience includes SaaS platforms, system integrations, and responding to RFPs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate technical value to executive decision-makers.
