Job Description
Single Thread Health seeks a Healthcare Operations Analyst in Metro Manila to support U.S. partners in claims processing, billing, provider credentialing, and customer service. Core duties include reviewing and resolving claims, posting payments, verifying provider qualifications, responding to inquiries from patients, providers, and payers, maintaining records, generating reports, and collaborating to optimize workflows.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare
- 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations; strong insurance and compliance knowledge
- Excellent English communication and MS Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented, analytical, able to manage multiple priorities
- Compensation: $6 per hour
