Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and has 2+ years of HR experience.
- Source and recruit candidates; maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS.
- Facilitate training, support benefits administration, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Advise managers on compliance, employee development, and confidentially resolve workplace issues.
Must be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of labor regulations and MS Office.
