Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Care Representative to administer member healthcare benefits, manage utilization, and deliver exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries; issuing Letters of Authority for consultations and procedures; processing membership additions and cancellations; releasing ID cards; advising on claims reimbursement; escalating complaints and providing VIP support. The role approves availments up to P50,00, monitors outpatient limits, and maintains EOD, complaints, and availment trackers. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Ortigas. Reliable commuters or relocators are preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicants must submit expected salary requirements and provide timely Daily Time Records (DTR).
