Job Description
Sunfish HRA Consulting Inc seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end accounting system implementations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring and testing software, coordinating data migration, conducting user acceptance testing, developing processes, documentation and training materials, and serving as the vendor liaison. The role manages project timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and monitors post-launch performance while providing ongoing support and optimizing workflows, integrations, and reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 2–3 years accounting experience and hands-on ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Strong accounting principles, analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Full-time, on-site; salary up to Php30,00/month
