Job Description
We are seeking a Process Documentation Associate to create and maintain clear, accurate process documents and SOPs. You will map workflows, interview stakeholders, gather process data, produce step-by-step guides, manage version control, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires excellent writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and basic process-mapping experience (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems
- Collaborative, proactive, and organized approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years’ experience in process documentation or quality support is a plus
