Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized HVAC Warehouse Clerk to support our technical, sales, and project teams. Responsibilities include maintaining records and inventory; coordinating deliveries and site visits; managing filing and documentation; processing quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and service reports; entering job, client, and equipment data; handling communications; running errands; and managing office supplies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, prior office support experience (logistics experience is a plus), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
This is a full-time, in-person position. Compensation: Php18,00–26,00 per month. Paid training provided.
