Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily facilities operations, coordinate maintenance, supervise vendors, and maintain a safe, efficient workplace. Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, monitoring building systems, managing supplies and inventory, maintaining records and vendor contracts, supporting office moves, and assisting with budgets and space planning.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and excellent communication required.
- Preferred: experience with facilities management systems, basic budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1-3 years in facilities or office administration preferred.
