Job Description
We seek a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and a small team. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate stock records using WMS tools. The Supervisor will set performance targets, coach staff, and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Experience: 3+ years in warehouse supervision
- Certifications: Forklift certification preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication; ability to work flexible hours and meet KPIs
