Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage preventive MEPF maintenance and coordinate repairs for AC, lighting, plumbing, furniture, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include supporting emergency drills and severe-weather responses, inspecting signage and safety systems, reporting hazards, assisting after-hours activities, and preparing sites for audits or visits. The role maintains facility logs, work requests, preventive-maintenance records, and incident reports, and liaises with in-house technicians and external vendors.
- Requirements: 3+ years’ experience; vocational certificate or Bachelor’s required; degree in Electronics, Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
- Conditions: full-time, in-person; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs; visual acuity for computer work; extended sitting/typing; reliable attendance essential. Expected start: 01/05/2026.
