Job Description
City Savings Bank seeks a full-time Territory Sales Officer to drive growth through the sale and disposal of repossessed (ROPA) motorcycles and agricultural machinery across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives to exceed unit and revenue targets; analyzing market trends and performance; coordinating repossession, processing, and release of units; and building partner relationships through site visits, retail support, and after-sales service. Ensure compliance with disposal policies and the bank’s code of ethics while tracking territory performance and competitive insights to inform strategy. Frequent fieldwork requires motorcycle riding ability and a valid driver’s license.
