Job Description
We seek a Capacity Planner to analyze demand forecasts, optimize resource allocation, and develop capacity plans that maintain consistent service levels. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement to model scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Forecast capacity needs and monitor utilization metrics
- Prepare clear reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field; strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with forecasting tools; and excellent written and verbal communication.
