Job Description
Meat Advantage Exchange Inc. is seeking a full-time Field HR Generalist for a permanent, in-person position (Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Salary: PHP 18,500–19,500/month.
- Qualifications: BS Psychology or BS Human Resource Management; willingness to perform field work; fresh graduates welcome. Preferred: 1 year HR experience.
- Core qualities: flexible, trustworthy, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and able to analyze records.
- Key responsibilities: verify and complete staff 201 files (old and new), maintain 201 filing, assist the HR team with workloads, and track company property issued to staff.
